Al Habtoor–STFA Soil Group LLC. has signed two contracts with  Damac Crescent Properties Co. LLC  for the piling works of “The Crescent Towers (3 Nos)” and “Executive Heights at Tecom Enabling Works”.

The Crescent Towers project covers the excavation works and the construction of 708 nos of bored piles having diameters varying from 600 mm to 1200 mm. The value of the project is 2,602,740 US Dollars and the duration is 100 days.

Executive Heights at Tecom Enabling Works project covers the excavation and drainage works and construction of 406 nos of bored piles having diameters varying from 800 mm to 1200 mm. The value of the project is 3,260,274 US Dollars and the construction period is 200 days.
