Cüneyt Divriş is the Member of the Board of STFA Group. He was graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering Faculty, with Naval Architect and Marine Engines Engineer. He joined STFA Group in 1990 and worked as Investments Specialist and Assistant Finance Coordinator until 1997 the year he went to Virginia Tech / USA to get the MBA degree. In 1999, he was appointed to SIF Is Makinalari, the dealer of JCB in Turkey, as Finance Director, and then in 2001 promoted to Managing Director in this company. He managed the company until 2017 then after promoted to Board of SIF and took the Taşkent Family Office Managing Director responsibility who is the major shareholder of the STFA Group. He is also the member of Board of various companies of STFA Group.

Between 2010 – 2014 he was the President of IMDER – Turkish Construction Equipment Dealers and Manufacturers Association, of which he was one of the founding members back in 2002.

Adnan Nas is the Chairman of the Board of STFA Group. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences and Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He started his career at Ministry of Finance and worked as Chief Inspector and Vice President of the Inspection Board of the Ministry of Finance and Customs. He held senior management positions at STFA Holding between 1985-1992. He has been the Founding Partner and Chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers between 1992-2011.

Adnan Nas, who is the Board Member of DEIK Canadian, Italian and BAE Business Councils, is an active member of TUSIAD and many business life related NGOs. He has previously been the President of the Association of Turkish-American Businessmen (TABA AmCham), Vice Chairman of the International Investors Association (YASED), member of the Turkey-US Business Council and President of the TUSIAD US Working Group.

Nur Taşkent is Vice Chairman of the Board of STFA Group. He was born in 1968 and graduated from Aiglon College and Boğaziçi University with a degree in Political Science and International Relations. He has been serving as a member of the Board of Directors of STFA Construction Group and various STFA Group companies.

Alp Taşkent is the Member of the Board of STFA Group. He was born in 1968 and graduated from Aiglon College and Boğaziçi University with a degree in Political Science and International Relations. He has been serving as member of the Boards of Directors of STFA Construction Group and various STFA Group companies.

Sezai Taşkent is Member of the Board of STFA Group. He was born in 1967 in London. He graduated from Aiglon College (Switzerland) and University College London (UCL) with a BSc degree in Economics. He holds masters degree in Executive MBA (Koç University) and attended Executive Management Program at Harvard University. He has been serving as Vice Chairman of the Boards of Directors of STFA Group and member of various STFA Group companies since 1998.
